Clean future
Innovative Catalytic Solutions
AddCat is a high-tech start-up specialised in smoke, odour & emission control for industrial customers.
We combine ADDitive Manufacturing and CATalysis for the best oxidation process possible. The combination ensures maximum process improvement resulting in easy integration, higher emissions reduction and maximum cost-efficient catalyst. AddCat is the only global supplier of 3D metal printed catalysts. So be sure to contact us for your emissions challenges!
Solution
The unique combination of 3D metal printing and oxidation catalysis gives a highly efficient and cost-effective air purification process, enabled by the free-form reactor design, use of metals of high thermal conductivity and performant oxidation catalysts.
Our solution ensures easy integration in products, production processes or air purification equipment, low maintenance, and substantial reduction of Total Costs of Ownership.
Markets
We provide our air purification solution to a variety of market with easy integration in:
- OEM Products (e.g. oven equipment)
- Production processes (e.g. food production line)
- In end-of-pipe air purification systems such as catalytic recuperative of regenerative oxidizers
All with a full focus on electrification!
About us
AddCat is a start-up founded at the end of 2019. In the past years we developed our product from laboratory to commercial scale and gained experience in different markets, including food production, biogas production, the chemical sector and solvent processing industry. Our dedicated team helps our customers with their emission challenges and provide clean air with an improved business case
Project - 3DoP
We are actively involved as a project partner in the 3DoP project; innovations in low cost 3D metal printing. The 3DOP project has received co-funding from the EISMEA I3 program under grant agreement No. 10108399
Projects - HER+
We are actively involved as a project partner in a HER+ project to lower the cost of biogas desulfurization by replacing traditional cleaning technologies with novel catalytic technology. This helps to lower the cost of green biogas production and helps to improve the business case for the biogas plants.
The project is executed with the help of top sector energy subsidies of the ministry of Economic affairs (from: arrangement national EZK- and LNV)
